The Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT) is to complement the Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) to provide loans to eligible students to settle tuition fees of recognised full-time study courses.

The recommended application submission schedule has passed. If continuing students still need to submit applications, please submit application forms through the "SFO E-link – My Applications" online platform as soon as possible.
Recommended Application Submission Schedule for New Students
Note: If applicants attend postgraduate (by research) courses that commence between March 2024 and February 2025, they should apply for the NLSFT loan in the 2024/25 academic year. The application deadline is one month following the commencement of the course and in any case not later than 31 March 2025.
Continuing students
The application for continuing students is closed. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted unless in exceptional circumstances and accompanied with sound explanation. Any late applications should be submitted through the ‘SFO E-link – My Applications’ as soon as possible.
The NLSFT application for the 2022/23 academic year is closed. All late applications would only be processed for delay due to circumstances that are beyond the control of individual applicants. If applicants still need to submit application for the 2022/23 academic year, please call the hotline of the Application Processing Unit at 2150 6222 during office hours. will be considered on individual merits upon submission of the duly completed application form and whole set of the required documents by the applicant. All applications for the 2022/23 academic year must be submitted to the Student Finance Office (SFO) on or before 31 March 2023 .>

Please enter the CSWGOs through the side entrance near the security counter outside office hours.
